Based in Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office, Dylan Wolf specializes in multi-tenant and single-tenant net lease properties throughout Western Washington and is one of the top performing retail investment sales agents in the Pacific Northwest. Dylan has received several performance awards throughout his career, including Power Broker Awards and Sales Recognition Awards from industry leaders.

Dylan is responsible for business development and advisory services on behalf of a wide range of client profiles including merchant developers, high-net-worth family offices, publicly traded institutions, franchisees and private investors.

Dylan has built his business on a foundation of trust and integrity and is known for being one of the hardest workers on the Brown Retail Group team.

A native of Western Washington, Dylan attended Washington State University on a scholarship and earned a B.A in Business Marketing. In his personal time, Dylan enjoys reading, cooking, snowboarding, exercising, and spending time with his family and friends.
