Finnegan McClure specializes in net lease and shopping center investment sales throughout the Puget Sound region of Washington state. Finn started his career in multifamily investment sales and specializes in the transference of cross-product capital to his client’s properties.

As Market Director, Finn is responsible for business development and advisory services on behalf of a wide range of client profiles including merchant developers, high net-worth family offices, publicly traded institutions, franchisees, and private investors.

Finn excels at finding solutions to complex problems and is known for his ability to position his clients’ assets and advise and create curated business plans at both property and portfolio levels. Finn comes from an entrepreneurial family, where Finn’s father was one of the founders of Zeeks Pizza, a Pacific Northwest based pizza chain with over 25 locations in Washington state.
