Mike Horner brings his extensive experience in Tenant/Landlord retail representation and commercial land/building sales to the firm. His clients come from diverse industries including restaurants, banks, big box retailers, hotels, mixed-use centers, shopping centers/malls, and vacant land, just to name a few.

 

Mike has handled negotiations for renewals, relocations and new locations in Washington, Oregon and Idaho for Bank of America and Best Buy. He was the director of real estate for T-Mobile Corporate in Washington State and planned their strategic roll outs as well as new store targets. His geographical expertise extends beyond the greater Puget Sound area to regions including all of Washington State, Northern Oregon, and Northern Idaho.

 

Mr. Horner’s background spans leasing, sales, development, investments and consulting. Furthermore, this includes site selection, financial, demographic and traffic analysis, market studies, pro forma budgeting, and growth curve consulting. He also counsels his clients on development issues such as exterior design, accessibility, access, parking, amenities, common areas, signage and turn-over conditions.
